Q. What is Thrill of the Road?
A. Thrill of the Road is a bi-monthly internet show based on a 24 hour journey, exploration, and completely unplanned trip. No destination, no goals, no purpose. The only achievement — to have an amazing time, and discover new and exciting things.
Q. What’s the real point?
A. There is no real point, per se. The entire purpose, is the journey and what we can discover on the way.
Q. 24 Hours? Do you drive non-stop?
A. 24 hours, with no goals and no planned direction. Your decisions are our destination. We don’t aim to drive for 24 hours non-stop. This isn’t technically a cross-country road rally. Our logic is, we drive for a total of 24 hours. Now if it’s broken up into 6 groups of 4, 2 group of 12, or we drive every other hour, that’s fine. We drive for 24 hours, and discover what we can on the way. Sleep or not.
This is thrill of the road. Enjoy it, and guide us to something bigger and better.
